Principle
We process personal data only where necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries and protect our systems. Data is not sold, and no automated individual decisions are made about website visitors.
Hosting and technical access data
This website is provided through Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Technical log data may be processed when the site is accessed, including IP address, time, requested URL, transferred data volume, browser and operating-system information, and referrer. This data is used for secure delivery, error analysis and abuse prevention.
Vercel may process data in the United States and through its subprocessors. Further information is available in Vercel’s Privacy Notice.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process the information you provide: name, email address, optional company, project type, description, existing tools and budget range. The data is used solely to review and respond to your enquiry and for possible pre-contractual communication.
After technical validation, the enquiry is transferred to a self-hosted n8n workflow operated and controlled by beni.systems. The workflow processes the enquiry and delivers it to the beni.systems mailbox through the likewise self-hosted Mailcow mail server. Form data may therefore be stored in n8n execution data and as an email in the Mailcow system.
Recipients and international transfers
Personal data is disclosed to Vercel as the technical hosting provider where necessary to deliver and secure the website. n8n and Mailcow are self-hosted and controlled by beni.systems. Further disclosures occur only when required to handle an enquiry or by law.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not use marketing cookies, social-media pixels or behavioural advertising. Technically necessary functions may use local browser storage or cookies when required for a requested feature. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before activation.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond, support a possible collaboration, or meet legal documentation and retention obligations. Enquiries that are not pursued are deleted regularly unless legitimate reasons require longer retention.
Your rights
Within the scope of applicable privacy law, you may request information about your processed personal data as well as its correction, release or deletion. You may withdraw consent with future effect. To exercise your rights, email contact@beni.systems. Proof of identity may be requested to prevent unauthorised disclosure.
Data security and changes
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This privacy policy will be updated when technical services or processing activities change. The version published on this page applies.
