Process · From ambiguity to operation

A clear process.
Early results.

A good system emerges in understandable stages. Every phase reduces uncertainty and produces a concrete result that can be reviewed.

01

Understand the right problem

Discovery

We examine the current workflow, the people and systems involved, and the desired outcome. Assumptions, exceptions and sensitive points become visible.

Goals & success criteria

Risks & open questions

02

Define the right solution

System Design

The process becomes a practical architecture: data sources, interfaces, user journeys, permissions and clear boundaries for automation and AI.

03

Use something real early

Prototype

A focused core version makes the most important workflow usable. Feedback comes from a real interface, not abstract slides.
OUTPUT

Usable core

Early tests

Validated user flow

04

Connect every layer properly

Build & Integrate

Frontend, database, APIs and automations are built for production. Validation, error paths and security grow alongside visible features.

05

Move into daily use with control

Launch & Operate

After deployment, real cases are observed. Monitoring, handover and prioritised improvements keep the system useful over time.
OUTPUT

Secure deployment

Operational handover

Collaboration

Direct, transparent and
without silent handovers.

01

Direct contact

You speak with the person responsible for architecture and implementation. Information does not get lost across layers.

02

Visible progress

Regular, usable increments make decisions concrete and prevent surprises shortly before launch.

03

Documented decisions

Important technical and product decisions are recorded, including deliberate limits and future options.

FAQ

Practical questions about
working together.

01How does a collaboration begin?

With a short description of the current workflow or idea. In the first conversation, we determine whether the problem is worth solving, what information is missing and what a realistic first scope looks like.

02How is pricing defined?

After discovery, the first useful scope is clearly bounded. Depending on the project, this may become a fixed price for a defined stage or a transparent iterative engagement.

03Can you take over an existing project?

Yes, after a technical assessment. I review architecture, dependencies, open risks and whether continuing the current system is more sensible than a focused rebuild.

04Where are systems hosted?

Depending on requirements, on platforms such as Vercel, Supabase, a European cloud or self-hosted infrastructure. Privacy, cost, maintenance and existing systems determine the right choice.

05What happens after launch?

Depending on your needs, I can provide monitoring, maintenance and further development, or document the system for a clean handover.
